Please do not send me e-cards. Most are just address harvesters for spammers, and too much spam and other nasty things show up in email *claiming* to be a link to an e-card sent by "a friend".

And the ones that aren't that are more likely to be attempts to get you to visit a site that'll try to infect your computer. That *is* a crime, but harder to prove.
Besides, your whole idea relies on being able to try them in local courts. That doesn't work well when they aren't in the US.
