DST changes

kengrSince I was up, I watched my computers at the time change. Along with my cell phone.
Good thing I did as it turns out that even though Windows 2000 is still "supported", MS didn't decide it need to be automatically patched for the new rules.
A it of digging on MSes web site and I found the answer. I had to download a program (TZedit) and run it, then *manually* edit the time zone definitions.
When I get a Win98 box up again, I'll see if it'll work on that.
