Well, yeah, there is that. On the other hand, getting "on the boil" is kinda hard when you are really worried that someone is going to react badly... which given my phobia/social-social-cues-reading problems is a far too common thing.

I never know what I'm willing to do until it gets to that point, so what some people call "negotiation" doesn't work for me. I'd probably say "no" to just about anything.

But I often change my mind as I get warmed up. :-)
