I'm depressed...

This has been building for a bit.
First off my "job" sort of went away back in Jan, And I'd been getting a bit short on "reserve" cash before then. I'm ok for a while, and I may be able to to get more cash in time.
Then other stuff started going wrong...
An attempt to update one of my Windows boxes broke something, and now it won't talk to my file server. And attempts to fix things didn't work. I've not even tried to work on it for several weeks.
Then an update to my OS/2 box helped on some things and made others worse. I've just been living with it because much as I like OS/2, this requires somebody rather more familar with the low level stuff than I am to fix it.
Then last night I went to do something on the old DOS box that handles my email. And discovered that it couldn't find some important config files. Checking further today, I find that damn near all the config files for the BBS software are gone. And some stuff hasn't been working for months. :-(
Worse, the registration info for the software got hosed. So I can't even *run* the BBS software unless I can find the hardcopy. Which I haven't needed in years. I'm sure I've *got* it. I just don't know where to begin looking.
And even with it, it'll take a long to time to rebuild things.
This is sort of the last straw, since computers are stuff I do for fun. And for the last 3-6 months more and more problems have been accumulating.
My writing hasn't been going well either. :-(
