looking for a character name

I need a male first name that might result in a nickname of "cat" or something related to cats.

Only thing that has come to mind is "Lionel" and I don't much like that.

ETA: Okay, my brain has reminded me of "Kit". But if anybody comes up with anything else, let me know anyway.

How about give him the name of a famous cat, like Garfield or Heathcliff (or have his last name be Garfield) and then get to the cat nickname from there.

Or maybe he has the initials C.A.T. Like Calvin Anthony Thompson or something like that.

Ok, he's now officially Kit Felix (yes, Felix is a real last name. I even used to know a person with that last name :-)

This makes the "Kit-Kat" nickname some folks have work even better. Though it'll likely be one of the teachers who explains why it's so funny.
