Comcast has started offering a "economy plan" for internet access. Costs half what my former service did.
But the thing they don't mention in the flyers is that it's only 768k, as opposed to the 6-8 meg the normal plan has.
I figured I can live with the slower rate. But I figured I should ask certain folks to not send my large files unless there's a reason.

Comcast isn't offering that plan here. and i have to have cable tv that i don't even watch, in order to also get broadband.
They aren't offering it *yet*.
I went for the minimal "basic" to get a discount on my broadband. Channels 2-32 (with a few gaps).
