Ok, I thought spammers were stupid enough when I started getting "February only" offers a few days ago (can't read the calendar much?).

But I just got one that totally boggled me.

It was a penis enlargement spam. The mind boggling part was the subject line:

Subject: I wanted to give someone a sexually transmitted disease (e.g., herpes, AIDS).

I *wish* I was kidding...

I've been getting those too. It seems to be the latest in a series that started with perfectly innocuous reasons for wanting to have sex ("I really liked the person") and progressed through dubious ("I was feeling lonely", "I was feeling unattractive", "I felt left out") and obnoxious-but-harmless ("I wanted to show off") to the outright nasty (the one you cite, "I wanted revenge", etc.) I wouldn't say I normally enjoy cleaning out my spamtrap, but these are making it a positively distasteful experience.
