lillakat says that if you made that icon, you used a crappy color scheme - that A in menace looks like an I. She thought you'd misspelled it at first, I had to insist it was an A. :-)
If you got yourself an animated gif maker, it's pretty easy. Just get a bunch of static images that are slightly different from each other and the program lets you arrange them in a way that makes them animated. Pretty simple, same principle as TV and movie animation.
