They are working a case involving a shipment of alien meat.

Gwen: "Have you ever eaten alien meat?"
JacK: "Yes"
Gwen: "How was it?"
Jack: "He seemed to like it..."

Why do I suspect that the American version will change that conversation.?

I believe they did. I saw that episode twice.... once at my brother's before his computer shut itself off and wouldn't go back on again.... So I watched it when I got home on Ondemand and don't remember it. Now, you're gonna make me wanna rewatch it :D

Well, on my copy it's at 9:30 into it. Right after Gwen takes Jsack's arm and he asks her to accompany him to the slaughterhouse.
