Testing new flags
Nov. 30th, 2007 02:27 pmI just made a pair of test posts using the new flags.
http://kengr.livejournal.com/559749.html uses the "Adult concepts" flag.
http://kengr.livejournal.com/559917.html uses the "Explicit adult content" flag.
Neither is anything other than a test of the flagging system. I'm just trying to see if I'm right about them using the birth date info in people's profiles as the key.
ETA: go check your LJ Settings. http://www.livejournal.com/manage/settings/
Seems they are defaulting people to some level of content filteroing *without asking*.

Date: 2007-12-01 01:16 am (UTC)I've learned not to rely on the accuracy of LJ, alas. Seems that they nis-stated how third party flagging for things like "offensive" and "hate speech" work...
