WTF?

Spamming gets even more ridiculous. Starting a couple of days ago I started getting spams trying to "legally" sell me *marijuana*!!!

I did a whois on the website and found it's registered by some Chinese company. Which makes it seem that my first guess was wrong.

That is, this may not be a US government attempt to entrap stupid pot users.


It's still pretty weird.

If the government wanted to arrest pot users, they'd have cops at every Libertarian event, and especially the NORML events. Everyone gets stoned at those, and nobody seems to care.

Out here in the Bay area, the Feds occasionally show up and shut down the medicinal pot places and bust the users. That and run the odd drug sting here and there.

So they do care from time to time.
