On the other hand, I suppose I should get all bent of shape about using scantily clad women to make a point. Sexism and like that. Hm. Grump. I dislike having to have mixed feelings.

And I think it was a bit, um, well, I suppose it's obvious why the one complaint they actually voiced was from an older, presumably less sexually attractive, woman. Hmph.

I think it's a matter of targeting your audience.

You and I might be just as happy if it was cute guys in "painted on" thongs (or less!). But most folks wouldn't be.

There's also that whole double standard about nudity, too.

No doubt you've heard about the recent "incident" where it was rather graphically shown that Britney Spears wasn't wearing panties. (I find it rather silly, personally)

Now consider what would have happened if it'd been a *male* celebrity (say in a kilt, or even doing the Dennis Rodman thing and wearing a dress) who'd done such an accidental flash... He'd be lucky if he wasn't facing indecent exposure charges.
