Acelightning you due dillegence is commendable. I am doing pretty good after eating 1.65.lbs of potatoes with a rich gravy. But this is not something I do on a regluar basis. But I never did like Swanson's potatoes very much. If Kraft owns Vegimite, then they should do the labeling. But food is food is food. You find bad stuff in nature too. Our bodies were build to handle most bad things can throw at us. But the food companies have stuck their big fingers in the pie to allow all the food to last long and such.
