Remember my post about that Ohio law (okay, "regulation") that means you can be put on the sex offender list merely by someone convincing a judge (not in any sort of trial where you'd get to defend yourself) that you should be on it?

It seems to me the obvious cure is to go immediately and request that every judge in Ohio be put on the list. Sooner or later *someone* will find a judge in a bad mood willing to do so.

Doesn't surprise me. This society is fucked up. Any place where sex between minors of any age is a crime, is a place that doesn't deserve to exist anymore. Every time I read shit like this, I pray that humanity goes extinct.

I heard once of a guy who almost hit a girl with his car. She was old enough to know better than to play in the street, I think she was 11. Angry at her, he got out and grabbed her by the arm and was yelling at her. When he was done berating her, he let her go. For some odd reason, they arrested him for this. He was never charged with anything, but he was put on the sex offender's list anyway. Hell, all it takes anymore is the mere accusation of being a child molester. Founded or not, such an accusation will turn ANY image of a minor you posess (even internet ads or pictures of eskimo children) into "pseudo child pornography."

And all it takes to get on that stupid list anymore is to urinate in public while drunk. The list has become completely meaningless to anyone who pays the slightest bit of attention to who can get on it and how. I think the only people on that registry should be multiple repeat offenders who have committed actual crimes.

Humanity has always been insane, but this is just getting rediculous. Makes me wonder if democracy isn't such a good idea after all.
