Several years back, I got a series of emails from the DNC. I wasn't a democrat and the unsubscribe wasn't working. I finally reported them as spammers. And I later found out from a friend who worked for an ISP that the DNC did this a *lot* and had been kicked of the ISP they worked at and several others for this.

Today, I got an emauil from them again. Addressed to a user at a domain I'll probably be shutting down inj a month or so.

Thing is, that user hasn't used that address since before Bush was elected.

They *really* need to do a better job of vetting the address lists they buy...
