Well, it';s wired, only works on GSM phones (distinctly the minoritry in the US) and vibrates for *any* call.
While overpriced, the Bluetooth one has no hard to explain wires, only goes off for call with the right "code: embedded, and has variable duration (too lazy to see if the intensity can be controlled as well).
At least they are *working* on such things. Similar gizmos have been around in fiction for 20-30 years, and the tech for them has been around for at least 10-15 of those years.
Sex toys is a much neglected field of research... :-)
