Not one of my better days

Been having a bit of trouble getting to sleep, so I woke up Monday at 1300 or 3 pm (can't remember which)

About 3 am, I remembered something. I checked and found that I had to show up for jury duty today. By 8 am. Arrgghh...

So I get there. Around 9:30 they called some of us up. We're "special". We got chosen randomly to do jury duty in Gresham instead of Portland. Which means that we get to call a phone number after 5 pm to see if they'll actually need us *tomorrow*. And if they do, we get to go out there (reachable by public transit, but a pain).

I am *so* overjoyed. Not!

And now I'm on the phone to find out why I haven't gotten any notice about my health insurance for next year.

Today has been the worst day I have had in years. I came close to throwing my chair, my office chair, through my LCD monitor. Full of rage and self loathing too. I gave my Therapist a 911 call and he called right away. Since then I am doing much better and being in the "now", trying to stay mindful of all that I can and cannot control. 1<--->99999. I even considered taking all of the pills in my inventory at once. NO!!! NOT ONE OF MY BETTER DAYS!!!!
