Stupid LJ client "remembered" that the last link I made was an image. So it "thoughtfully" figured this one would be too.

As far as I can tell, audio is the only way to get it unless you can maybe get something from the "transcripts" link (which likely costs money).
And I see that I don't even get the choice now that I've chosen Windows Media Player once, it doesn't even give me the option.
You might try calling your local NPR station and asking if they can get you a tape or something.

Since I couldn't think of a single name connected with NPR without a clue, I actually *can't* guess.
Other than that it's probably someone on the engineering side, not the programming side.
