kengrNot much going on today. I finally got the cable modem and restoration of my cable service scheduled. But that hinges on them getting here before the guy who does part time maintenance for the apartments leaves for his regular job.
If they don't, they can't get into the wiring closet to connect things. Though they somehow managed when they wanted to disconnect the cable service.
So with luck I'll be using a cable modem next Tuesday.
The DSL line is still out to Doug's place, which means that my website and domain are down. So is Brooke's email. Luckily I hadn't disconnected the address I'd been using before from the one mailing list she's subscribed to. So I can still read and post.
Mostly just another hot, don't do much day.
