masking the problem
Apr. 10th, 2020 07:28 amThe other day I *finally* found my dust masks.
I knew I had some, and I even recalled seeing them while re-arranging things a few months back. I just couldn't remember where.
I finally realized that they were likely at the back of the cabinet I keep all my medical stuff in (which I have way too much of). I had one unopened pack of five andf a opened one that had one left. Great!
So Yesterday, I put on the one from the opened package and tried to form it around my nose. Didn't seem to be working. and some felt strange. So I took it off and looked.
There was a *hole( where I'd been trying to adjust it. sort of a T-shaped rip. I poked at it in another spot and my finger went through. a few tugs and I had pieces of mask in my hands.
It was stronger than wet toilet paper, but not by much.
Gee, I guess that one had expired,,,
The ones in the unopened package are fine.
