I haven't seen any official announcements yet, but Yahoo apparently tried to roll out an "improvement" to increase the speed of mail delivery early on Wednesday.

What *actually* happened is that anyone subscribed to a Yahoo list is receiving up to a dozen copies (maybe more) of every message posted to the groups.

Given the programming "competence" displayed by things like messages sent using their "new and improved" edito having more *garbage* HTML (mostly comments) than actual content, I'm not hopeful for a quick fix.

Yahoo may actually shoot themselves in the foot badly enough to make folks start looking elsewhere. Won't break my heart.

They've been actively anti-user for years.

Keep going until you' ve read each " Offense" and added up your total fine.
When you are done, send it back To the person that sent it to you and your other friends.
Title your Email " My fine is $........ " You don't have to confess your answers,
just the amount of your fine.

(Note, apparently multiple instances only count once or the fines would get astornomical)

I grabbed some software someone "nearby" offered on freecycle today. An older version of the Borland C++ development environment, and Macromedia's Freehand Graphics Studio 7.

Yes, that's an old version. I grabbed it because I figured even an old version of Fontographer would be useful with my monster collection of fonts.

I'm wondering if any of you are familiar enough with the rest opf the stuff in the package to tell me if it'd be worth learning any of it?

Shockwave
Freehand
Extreme 3D
