Stupid computer tricks...
Mar. 28th, 2007 05:18 pmWoke up this morning to find the Win2k tower at the login screen. Obviously it'd either had a power glitch or the system had crashed. Since none of the clocks were messed up, I figured crash.
About an hour ago, it hung. I had to power it down.
I decided that as long as it was powered down, I might as well install the RAM I'd bought for it a while back.
Got the DIMMs swapped and then I got a boot error. Many times.
It's finally booting ok. At least it's checking the hard drive instead of telling me I need to (and then not letting me)
