Ok, I'm committed

After talking with Stacy in the past week, she mentioned that her beautician would have no problem giving me the body waxing. And maybe even the permanent removal later.
So I just emailed her, asking her to double check and then get hold of me to see about my making an appointment.
With luck, I'll get done the day before Darklady's Polyween party, and I'll still be good the next weekend for Orycon.
Then I just have to keep it up until I start the laser or electrolysis.

Ouch!

I'll note that the first time I got the "remove all the hair" bit done, there were several folks involved. One shaving some "delicate parts", several using the wax and one using an epilady.
I had toi ask them to quit using the epilady. It's not that having the hair yanked that way hurt more than waxing, it's that the "afterburn" from waxing goes away after a minute or two. From the epilady it was still going strong 5-10 minutes later.
And from all accounts, electro (which I'll almost certainly need for at least *some* of the facial hair) hurts bad enough that you get a precription for an aneasthietic creme (*real* anesthetic, not like what's in bactine or the like) with the treatments.
Still, it'll be worth it. My face does *not* like razors. And electrics are *worse*. Which rather limits my ability to be Brooke.
