kengrLife is weird.
I need money, so I'm trying to sell some property. So I get a call today and find out that I can probably sell it for *much* more than I'd thought. And at the same time, that it *might* cost more than I've got just to keep ownership due to sewers going in.
Somebody up there must think this is funny..
