kengrWell, I've got the new box running with the C & D drives from the old system. Working well, and I'll just clone them onto the new drives when they get here.
Kinda funny. I had to use duct tape to hold the SSD drive in the drive tray. :-)
Also, I got a chance to boot up the old system with the drives disconnect4d
(and after being off most of the day). No beeps, went into post just fine. so it was likely a thermal problem. Even though the temp monitoring software didn't show anything out of range.
Oh well, I can do my stuff for now, and I'll check out the old system more throughly later.
