TOS change didn't really change anything

kengrYes, I know that sounds crazy. But the fact is, LJ has been subject to Russian law ever since SiX Apart bought it. When the servers moved there, any chance of it *not* being subject to Russian laws went away.
So all the new TOS *really* do is put folks on notice about some things that they were actually already subject to.
Doesn't mean I'm not planning to shift my journal over to Dreamwidth though.
