So, we've had an acute attack of "spring" the last few weeks. Which activated my allergies. Worst are the trees that starting flowering outside the windows.

So I had a low level (what I sometimes think of as "slow motion") asthma attack going on for the last 2 weeks,. Thankfully, the CPAP makes it possible to take a break from it thanks to the filters.

Still have to deal with the itchy eyes and stuff.

Then this last week we set some records for high temps. Just low to mid 70s, but definitely warm.

Which led to this morning when I got awoken by the first leg cramp of the year. :-(

Fortunately, I still had some cans of "diet" tonic water1 in the fridge. Drank one as soon as I was vertical.

Drank another a couple hours ago as a precaution. Hopefully that'll prevent cramps tonight.

I'll probably break into the supply of banana chips tomorrow too.

1. the quinine in tonic water acts as a muscle relaxant and helps prevent cramping.

Not sure what's been going on the past couple of days. Been sunny, but dry and cool to cold. Yet I've been having feezing snits. Worked outside for a couple of hours yesterday afternoon with no problems, yet in the evening - well after showering and changing clothes - more sneezing.

Mainly working on the flower bed and the beds I have prepared for the two Chestnut Crabapples I have on order. (Not a cross with chestnuts; supposedly the apples have a taste reminiscent of the nuts. We'll see...)
