The thing I dont understand is why no one remembers Jamie Nabozny and the settlement he received from the Ashland WI school district. I would have expected all the midwest school districts to know about it and understand its implications (eg dont let this happen on your watch; you *will* be held legally liable)
Which begs the question, given the national GLBT groups and MN's antidiscrimination laws; why hasnt any more agressive intervention taken place...
