The frame of my futon-couch broke tonight. I thought it was just one of the slats, but when I examined it after Fay left, iyt was the frame piece across the front.

Argh. Still got to fix two computers, and no trace of my back SSI.

At least it's semi usable still. Things just sag in the middle.

I extended the life of my previous futon by making a grid of rope across the broken slats. You were in the boy scouts, right? (insert innocent look here)

The slats are fine. the *frame* is busted. :-(
