Somebody planted a bomb along the route of the annual MLK day Unity parade.
A friend of mine (a few years older than me) had lived in Spokane about time I was in high schoiol before he moved back to Portland.
His decription is quite apt. "Spokane is the biggest 'small town' I've ever seen."
