Getting older sucks...

kengr... but not as much as the alternative.
Starting yesterday my shoulder started bothering me. I've had joint pain before. But this isn't going away. I'm taking ibuprofen, but there's only so much of that I can take.
The pain is ranging from annoying to really uncomfortable (for me, that's the step before crying/pleading for the pain to go away).
I don't suppose anybody has any suggestions on ways to make it hurt less? Especially since I'm getting faint twinges in the *other* shoulder.
