I was thinking about it, but it's just too far a drive from Baton Rouge.

I'm going to TusCon instead; it's about half the distance, and it's a con I've been to before (in 1996, while I was at ANCOC at Ft. Huachuca, AZ).

Hell, if I'd known that, I'd have been tempted to try to talk you into coming and bringing sailorjim with you.

Of course, I'm not sure that the con could survive, but it'd be a hell of a way to go. :-)
