On a mailing list I'm on, we've gotten sidetracked onto discussing D&D. And one person posted this:

That reminds me of a MUCH scarier D&D concept.

I was in a small group in Frankfurt Germany. We were all bachelors except for one married couple, so we played at their place.One of out players got his half orc killed and we dutifully carted the body to the nearby temple to get him resurrected. The priest was apparently of the alignment Chaotic Insane. He cast the wrong spell and got reincarnate. The player now got to plea with the deity as to his reincarnated form. The Game Master (the husband) called in the deity. His three year old little girl.

"What do you want him brought back as, Honey?"

"A Bunny Rabbit!"

"Uhh, I can't fight monsters as a bunny. Can't I be a half orc again?"

"I don't LIKE half orcs. They're ugly and nasty."

"OOOKKK, how about a human?"

"Nope. I like Elves."

"But half orcs don't get along with elves."

"YOU'RE AN ELF! Can I go now, daddy?"

Given the age of some of the folks on the list, they might not have *seem* that movie yet at the time.
