I think I saw that on some tv show some years ago. It looked cool then, and I thought of implementing something like that myself. If I remember correctly the license wasn't open at that point, but I could be wrong.

Of course my plan was to make first an eye tracker - but webcams were too expensive for me and I'm not really sure writing an eye tracker program would be easy enough, either...
