I agree with Janet about 'Poor moose', but I'm going to inject bad humor into the dialogue anyway.
It is certainly not a moosdemeanor. Whether or not it is statutory rape depends on (a) how old the statue is, (b) how old the moose is, (c) what the age of majority is for moose, and (d) what the age of majority is for statues.
It is, however, no matter how you look at it, STATUARY rape.
