I did some extra testing today (spurred by a friend doing a lot). Seemed that my readings were kinda high. Pity given that I'd been doing so well.

I just found out why when I went to grab the pill box for the "late evening" pills.

I'd forgotten to take *any* of my meds today. Yeesh.
