Inmate Convicted Of Indecent Exposure For Masturbating In Cell

Note that he was convicted because someone saw him on a surveillance camera. And that Broward County considers stopping masturbation in jail to be *important*.

I could have sworn there was a Supreme Court decision a couple of decades back to the effect that this sort of surveillance of inmates was unconstitutional. I know that's the reason that's been given for *not* instituting camera surveillance of prisons so they can convict inmates for beating and raping other inmates.

No masturbation??? Along with no sex! What, do they want those inmates to go FUCKING INSANE and start bashing their heads against the walls? Hmmm... though I suppose if they died in prison, that would cut costs. So maybe they DO!

IT'S A CONSPIRACY! They don't care about twisted Christian sexual mores, they're just trying to drive the inmates insane so they'll snap and kill themselves!

I think "no masturbation" counts as cruel and unusual punishment.

The same FEMALE deputy brought charges against 7 other inmates in 6 months. She was a peeping Tom! That is gross.
