stopping pop-unders

Help me LJ Genie, you're my only hope.

Several sites I visit daily, such as http://www.dilbert.com/ open windows hidden under my current window. I *thought* FireFox was supposed to be able to prevent this.

Any know what settings I have to change? And will it break anything else?

no suggestions; Firefox has never done that, at any site (just tested the Dilbert one, moved around (clicked to other areas of site, etc., no pop-unders).

will watch this to see if anyone can duplicate it and has answers though; good luck!

Tested it with my firefox - no popunders - a suggestion is that you have some sort of mal/spy/adware on the computer - download and update then run Adaware and spybot search and destroy from downloads.com.
