I threw the following menu and the pages it calls up together to show someone the "possible" color choices (i.e. stuff that won't break browsers and isn't too weird or subtle).

Suggests as to how to better arrange things are greatly appreciated.

Instead of linking each background color to a page, why not do up a table with each background color being used as the background color for one cell, then just replicate the colored text in each cell?

Because that'd require doing a *lot* more editing.

And I'm not that great at tables yet. This was quick and dirty. I already had the basic page. so all I had to do was change the background color tag and do a "save as".
