Major league ickiness

kengr23 hours ago I got *very* sick. Don't read on if that sort of thing bothers you.
I started puking (which I haven't done in *years*). As well as spouting from the other end. Some anti-nausea meds I had left over from the last time I got really sick didn't help a bit.
At least my blood sugar was ok when I finally managed to check it.
I've spent my time lying down and making trips to the bathroom. And trying to sip mouthfuls of fluids from time to time.
And of course, today everybody and their brother called. And we had the mystery jerk pushing doorbells (*someone* can never remember what apartment their friend lives in, so they just push several doorbells. Grrr.)
I missed the RCDC meeting, which meant that I have to figure out another way to get a Christmas present to someone. And to exchange a malfunctioning "toy". :-(
At least I managed to give Lin a call and tell here I wouldn't be there.
One of the problems with not getting *really* sick very often is that I tend to not have stuff I need for when I do get really sick. I really gotta stock some of that stuff and quit raiding it when I'm not sick. *sigh*
At least I'm well enough to sit up here now.
