Attention [law firm handling a property sale]:
The USMail won't commit to less than 3 days for "Priority Mail". Yet you sent those papers to me *first class*, on Monday the 6th, for a closing date of the 14th.
They arrived Friday the 10th. Too late for me to get them notarized that day. So I had to do it today, the 13th.. And spend almost $20 to FedEx them to you so they'll arrive before the closing date.
Do *try* to use your heads occasionally. Just because First class mail "often" gets there in a day or two doesn't mean that you can *count* on it.
No love.
Me.
