Cargomaster walks into the Captain's day room.
"Cap'n? Could you pull up the contract on that cargo of 'eggs' from New Australia?"
The captain clicks thru some menus. "Sure, something wrong?"
"Just a bit... I was scanning the cargo and the seals on that container came up as forgeries."
The captain stared at him. "Oh shit."
The caro master continued. "So what does the contract say about those 'eggs'?"
After scanning the screen, the captain replied. "Just that they are rare, delicate, and shouldn't be disturbed in transit."
"Figures. Since seals were fake, I dug out the recorder and a suit. I suited up and made a record of the readings saying they were forged, and then recorded myself *carefully* unsealing the container. They're eggs all right and the crate is some sort of incubator."
The captain ran his hand across his face. "and?"
"They're Xenomorph eggs..."
The look on the captain's face now matched the one on the cargo master's face.
