I'm feeling somewhat sick. Body temp isn't elevated (it's my usual degree low, in fact), but my stomach has been a bit queasy for a few hours and the other end has been threatening to misbehave. And in spite of it being 77 here at the computer, I feel cold.

The weather might be a factor (changed to cold and rainy). Most likely it's the stress of the really messed up inspection mess.

Now, you have to understand that due to my disabilities (mental) inspections are stressful. There's the stress of extra cleaning and trying to shuffle stuff around to look better (and of course mean that things will disappear for *years* because I don't recall where I put them and they aren't *quite* worth a major search). And with my allergies and other physical stuff I can only do a lot of cleaning in short bursts.

Then there's the stress of the actual inspection. I have to be here. Not their policy, just a matter of my trust issues and other things. Not being here would be way more stressful in that I'd have strangers around my "stuff".

On top of that ever since I got gigged badly on one inspection years back, they trigger the same anxiety disorder/PTSD/etc that I get from most bosses/interviewers/etc. They are placed in the class of "people looking for an excuse to fire me/kick me out/whatever.

Also, the last manager had gone from the week's notice the original one had given us, to a couple of days. That meant I was sort on sleep too when inspections came around. Towards the end she'd started giving more notice. And the new one is back to giving a week or so. This helps.

And, of course, the times were "between 8am and 5pm". Meant for a lot of stress while waiting.
