Weird flexibility question
Dec. 31st, 2009 03:35 pmIt's been pointed out to me that one position I can get into is not exactly usual.
I'm curious as to how many other folks can do it and if there's a difference based on sex.
To start you'll need a large flat surface to lie on. Say a double bed or the floor. And either really loose clothing or noe.
Lie on your back.
Now, bend your knees and try to put the soles of your feet together.
Once the soles are touching, can you keep them touching while letting your knees touch the bed/floor. '
If you can your legs should be making a diamond shape, with the "outer" sides in full contact with the bed/floor.
I forget why I tried doing this years back, but I recall that when I started, my knees were 6-12 inches above the bed. Took work to get them flat.
So is this something most folks can do or not?
