Why we need "bathroom bills"

As several folks point out, having her have to use the mens room is incredibly unsafe.
Here we have an employer trying it in a state that *dies* protect gender identity.

As several folks point out, the employer is in violation of the law (I even found a link to a statement on the state Human Rights Commission's web site that directly addresses the issue.
