Seems the AFA "declared victory" unilaterally. No negotiations with Ford. And as
elfs points out, the press release didn't say they had. It said that they'd monitored the situation and decided that Ford wasn't out of line anymore.
Translatuion ""It wasn't wotking so we'll say it did and quit before it become obvious it wasn't working".
