Lawsuit against IRS over denial of deduction for SRS

Their lawyers are not merely *reaching*, but they are trying to deny medical facts...

Here's hoping the judge finds against the IRS.

It'd be too much to hope that he'll not only find that the surgery was "medically necessary" but also instruct the IRS to consider it to fall under the "correction of a congenital defect" rule.

Inmate Convicted Of Indecent Exposure For Masturbating In Cell

Note that he was convicted because someone saw him on a surveillance camera. And that Broward County considers stopping masturbation in jail to be *important*.

I could have sworn there was a Supreme Court decision a couple of decades back to the effect that this sort of surveillance of inmates was unconstitutional. I know that's the reason that's been given for *not* instituting camera surveillance of prisons so they can convict inmates for beating and raping other inmates.
