*Stupid* survey
Apr. 17th, 2007 04:28 pmGot a letter from my HMO yesterday. Well, from some outfit doing a survey for them.
They wanted me to answer a bunch of questions about a doctor visit. Ok, that was reasonable.
Except for one *tiny* detail. The visit they wanted to me to answer all these questions about? Was on Feb 21.
Like I'm supposed to remember any sort of details about an appointment almost 2 months ago. And some of the stuff they want is things like "how did you make your appointment. Given that the usual lag between asking for a non-emergency appointment and the next date they have available is 4-6 weeks the appointment making would have been in early January.
