At the store Frirday(?), they had some makeup in the markdown bin. It was Wet 'n Wild which is "adequate" and at the mark-down prices worth doing some experimenting.
I got some nice purple (501A) lipstick that doesn't scream "wearing lipstick".
And two bottles of nail polish. The "flirty rose" (451B) is *not* my color. I got two coats on my left hand and decided that it *had* to come off. If Lin wants it, I'll get it to her. If not, I can probably use it for laughs with some of my *PINK* clothing for Halloween or something.
The "lavender pearlescent" (420A) works ok, and is actually a lot less noticeable than I'd thought. Though I'd prefer something a bit darker. Or a bit bluer. Anyway, I've been wearing it since late Saturday night. I need to redo one nail as something removed a huge patch of polish.
Of course, when I hit the store last night, the bin wasn't there. Either they junked the rest of the stuff or it's sitting in back waiting for more stuff to get added.
