Heat...

Besides the HP interference with my sleep cycle. the high temps yesterday did me in It was over 90 when I woke up. in late afternoon. And I crashed out again around midnight because it was still in the 80s inside.

I woke up again around 4/:30, and it was mid 70s inside, low sixties outside.

I've been up since, but with the temps going above 80 I'm probably going to try crashing again.
